Cleveland-Cliffs makes steel and iron products in the United States and Canada. They produce sheets of steel in various finishes, including hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and coated varieties used in cars and construction. They also mine iron ore, make the pellets and processed iron that go into steel production, and operate a scrap metal recycling business. Their customers include automakers, construction companies, and other manufacturers that buy steel to make their products.
