1. What ConvictionStocks Is

ConvictionStocks is an online stock research platform operated by Christian De La Cruz. We aggregate financial data, analyst ratings, and AI-generated summaries to help you research publicly traded companies.

ConvictionStocks is not financial advice. We do not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any security. Everything on this platform is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each person may only have one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us through our website.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

ConvictionStocks offers a Pro plan at $16.99 per month or $119 per year. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to both the monthly and the annual plan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email contact@convictionstocks.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Access ends when the refund is issued. Renewals are not covered by the guarantee; you can cancel at any time before a renewal through the billing portal. Outside that window we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from ConvictionStocks
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our data or AI-generated content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform in a way that degrades service for others

5. Data Accuracy

Financial data on ConvictionStocks comes from third-party data providers and AI models. We do our best to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.

Stock prices, analyst ratings, financial metrics, and AI summaries may contain errors or be delayed. Always verify information independently before making any investment decisions.

6. Investment Disclaimer

ConvictionStocks is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Our research outputs and all other metrics are informational tools, not investment signals.

Past performance of any stock or metric does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvictionStocks and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from investment decisions made using information found on ConvictionStocks.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or our platform. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of ConvictionStocks after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
