1. What ConvictionStocks Is

ConvictionStocks is an online stock research platform operated by Christian De La Cruz. We aggregate financial data, analyst ratings, and AI-generated summaries to help you research publicly traded companies.

ConvictionStocks is not financial advice. We do not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any security. Everything on this platform is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each person may only have one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us through our website.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

ConvictionStocks offers a Pro plan at $24.99 per month or $199.99 per year. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months or partial years.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from ConvictionStocks
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our data or AI-generated content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform in a way that degrades service for others

5. Data Accuracy

Financial data on ConvictionStocks comes from third-party data providers and AI models. We do our best to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvictionStocks and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
