Xencor is a drug development company that designs engineered antibodies to treat cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company has two medicines already approved and available to patients: Ultomiris for rare blood and nerve disorders, and Monjuvi for a type of lymphoma. Xencor has many other experimental antibodies in development for cancers like prostate and ovarian cancer, as well as autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Pasadena, California.
