Navios Maritime Partners owns and operates cargo ships that transport goods across the world's oceans. The company carries everything from crude oil and chemicals to iron ore, coal, grain, and shipping containers on behalf of other companies. As of March 2026, Navios operates 66 dry bulk vessels, 51 containerships, and 53 tanker vessels. Ship owners rent out their vessels to customers for set periods under contracts called time charters, and Navios makes money by charging fees for these services.
