Brinker International owns and operates Chili's Grill & Bar, a casual dining restaurant chain found across the United States and around the world. The company also runs Maggiano's Little Italy, an Italian casual dining restaurant. Brinker both operates these restaurants directly and allows other business owners to run locations under franchise agreements, where they use the company's brand and recipes in exchange for fees.
