Darden Restaurants owns and operates a large collection of casual and upscale dining chains across the United States and Canada. You probably know some of their brands: Olive Garden serves Italian-American food, LongHorn Steakhouse serves steaks, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen offers comfort food, and Ruth's Chris Steak House is an upscale steakhouse. The company also runs Chuy's, Yard House, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, and Bahama Breeze, among others. Darden was founded in 1938 and is based in Orlando, Florida.
