Denison Mines explores and develops uranium mines in Canada. The company owns a 95 percent stake in the Wheeler River uranium project in northern Saskatchewan, which is its main focus. Uranium is the fuel used to generate nuclear power. Denison was founded in 1954 and is based in Toronto.
