Cemig is an electric utility company that generates, transmits, and distributes electricity across a large region of Brazil. The company produces power from hydroelectric dams, wind farms, and solar stations, and operates thousands of miles of lines to deliver that electricity to homes and businesses. Cemig also buys and sells energy on the market, distributes natural gas, and offers energy efficiency services to its customers.
